What identifications or supporting documents do I need to provide to open a live account?
To open a live account, acceptable ID can be one of the following documents:
- Valid Identity Card (Front and Back), or
- Valid Passport.
Acceptable proof of address can be one of the following documents:
- Utility bill within the past 3 months (Electricity, Gas, or Water bill), or
- Bank Statement within the past 3 months.
All provided documents need to clearly show the applicant's name and address that matches the information provided in the application.

How can I make a deposit?

Choose your preferred payment method, select the account you want to deposit into, and enter the deposit amount (USD). Click "Submit" and follow the instructions to complete the deposit.
